We are happy to show our rooms to prospective guests/customers, with a 24 hour advance reservation.

 

Reservations & Payments 

"In order to secure your reservation, we require a first night, non-refundable reservation deposit.  Refunds are paid back to the guest if your cancellation is received before 10 days prior to the arrival date booked, minus a $20.00 service charge.   If cancellation request is after 10 days prior to your visit, no deposit will be refunded.  However, we will issue an equivalent Gift Certificate for a future stay at Desired Haven B&B. We accept MC, Visa, Discover, American Express, Travelers Checks, Certifichecks, and personal checks. Checks must be drawn on a United States bank in US Dollars with a minimum of 45 days in advance of booked arrival date. If a check is returned with insufficient funds, a $35.00 fee will be assessed to your room charge. Another form of payment must be received and cleared before your room can be secured for reservation.

Check In & Check Out  

Check In is 4:00 p.m. on your day of arrival.

Check Out is 11:00 a.m. on your day of departure.

 

A $20.00 per hour late fee will be added to your bill for checkouts later than the standard check out time.  Special arrangements need to be made 24 hours in advance with the proprietors/managers for late check out.  Thank you for respecting this policy, we need ample time
to prepare for other guests' arrival.

 

Meal Times

Breakfast is served at 8:30 am-9:30 am. sharp in the common dining room. You snooze you lose! Come hungry, we serve a huge breakfast!  Special serving times need to be requested of the chef 24 hours in advance, minimum.  Weather permitting, breakfast may be served on the deck. We will do our best to accommodate all our customers wishes, but we reserve the right to make changes
at the proprietor's/manager's discretion.

Haven Guidelines  

Because we are committed to providing a true "Haven" for all our guests, we would like to ask all guests adhere to a few guidelines that lend toward an optimum level of rest and peace:   Guests complain if loud talking, heavy footsteps, loud TV volumes, slamming doors and music are experienced late at night.  We ask that all respect other's needs for sleep.   In a world where there is so little peace, respite and quiet many have come here seeking a place to regroup, rethink, rest and rejuvenate.  We reserve the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am as quiet hours at Haven.
Oh, and one more thing, please laugh  - a lot  - and have a lot of fun!
We don't wish to impose rigid, grumpy, behavioral norms that would dampen people's spirits, but to just encourage a slower, quieter pace for the recuperation and joy of all our guests.
That way, many that have 'desired' a 'haven' can experience one. Thanks.
