ARRIVAL DAY:  Start your weekend after check in at Desired Haven B&B.  Then, at your leisure, you‘ll drive 5 scenic miles to the quaint village of Honeoye Falls to enjoy dinner at your choice of the Norton Grille (traditional fare: Prime Rib, Seafood, Pasta) or the Rabbit Room (trendy, gourmet menu, a ‘hip’setting, in an Historic Old Mill complete with multi-level art gallery.) 
            Later, back at the inn, enjoy a movie in your room, or put your feet up in the parlor, get a great night’s rest in your deluxe suite. 

DAY 2:   Enjoy our delicious Candlelight Country Gourmet Breakfast, elegantly served in a warm and friendly atmosphere.
At 10:00 am it’s time to begin your Agricultural and Scenic Tour: 

First: the ALPACA FARM   West Bloomfield Includes: tour of the farm, meet and pet these gentle animals; learn about Alpaca’s and the industry surrounding these adorable animals. (Appropriate for even the youngest visitors.) See the 4 vintage barns, including a birthing and medical treatment center. Tour the on site Alpaca Country Gift Shop featuring the fiber arts, woolen products from Peru and more, all made with 100% alpaca fleece. (1 hour)

Second stop:  SCHLENKERS FARM MARKET  West Bloomfield (in season) Select the best of local produce at this family run market situated on State Routes 5 & 20 (originally an Indian trail, now one of America’s premier coast-to-coast highways.) This quaint market is known for its delicious sweet corn, pumpkin maze and local crafts. (15-20 minutes)

Third: A leisurely, scenic drive through the “Little Lakes” region of the western Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York.  See Honeoye Lake Scenic Overlook. Then a few minutes drive to the 1812 COUNTRY STORE, Hemlock.  Enjoy a delicious lite luncheon/Tea in the cozy historic General Store and Tea Room. (All included in the tour cost.) Shop beautiful crafts and pottery. Enjoy the beautiful views of rural Hemlock Lake area. (1 hour)

Fourth stop: Just down the valley lies gorgeous Hemlock Lake’s Rix Hill Park.  View the pristine, glory of undeveloped Hemlock Lake.  Behind the dam lie the pure, undisturbed waters that supply water northward to Metropolitan Rochester.  Wildlife abounds.  Birding enthusiasts will love the abundant waterfowl that populate the lake. (20 Minutes)

Fifth: EAGLE CREST VINEYARDS   Ascend to the cliffs above Hemlock to tour the beautiful 125 year old vineyards and winery lofted on the cliffs overlooking Hemlock Lake.  The best, almost aerial, view of the Lake is from here.  Tour the multi-level barns holding the huge Old-World casks.  Sample Eagle Crest’s fabulous new line of table wines at their rustic, wine tasting room.  Purchase some bottles to take home in the Retail Shop if you wish using your own discount voucher! (1 hour)

Additional hiking tour available:  Not for the faint at heart:  Hike with your appropriate gear down the cliffs to the waterfront.  Perhaps you can get a glimpse of the only Eagle Nesting site in this area. Moderately easy hike down; rigourous, steep climb back up.  2-3 miles. (1 additional hour.  Reservations in advance.  No extra charge.)

Sixth:  Return to the Inn to conclude your tour; or say goodbye to your chauffeur as your limo deposits you back at DESIRED HAVEN B&B.  Then enjoy a rest, if you wish or hike Desired Haven’s 19 acres of wooded trails.

Seventh: Whenever you are ready, Then you are off on your own for casual Dining  in Honeoye Falls at Norton Grille or Rabbit Room with your vouchers included in your cost.  Be sure to drive or take a stroll down to another old mill (now the Town Hall) in the center of the village, to check out the illuminated falls.
Back to the inn to chat with other guests in the common rooms, play a game or read a book.  Or just plain sit!  Then enjoy a great night’s rest.
