Services Available
(You order them ‘a la carte’):

Wedding Ceremony Location: 

Includes:  exclusive use of inn from 4:00 pm on your Wedding

Rehearsal Day until wedding ceremony is concluded on Wedding

Day.  Use of 2 private suites for Bridal Party (Groom and grooms

men in one suite, Bride and Bridesmaids dress in other suite.

Brides room contains full length mirror and dress form for wedding dress.

Each has own Private Bath.)   Use of decks, garden furniture,

Gardens, potted flowers/plants and patio for Wedding Ceremony

and picture spots.  Use of 2 common rooms, and foyer for

alternate wedding ceremony location. (In case of inclement

weather.)  Guest Book table. Guest Parking Assistance.  A light

snack and water for bridal party also included.

$425 plus tax

Second overnight with Breakfast           $800 plus tax

 

Guest Refreshments  While guests are arriving for the wedding ceremony we could serve punch, ice water, iced tea, for example.  Serve some very light hors d’oeurves.

Prices starting at $4.00 per person up to $25 per person.

 

Wedding Decorations, Favors and Flowers.

Includes Gazebo draped with your choice of ivy, bridal illusion, lights, candles, lanterns and flowers. Let me know your dream and we’ll do our best to make it happen.  You may rent certain pieces from us, or I can create it for you.  (Additional fee.)

Rental of our Silk Flower arrangements
(1 large 5’ urn, 1 small 3 ft urn and 2 – 21/2’ sprays with six lanterns, special lights/effects/ 3 silk trees, ivy and bridal illusion, my labor to pull it all together, fresh 3’ ferns, guest book table:)
Fee Starts at $200.00
In case of inclement weather, we would decorate inside.

 

Rehearsal Dinner 

Seating limited. Your choice of menus. We’ll work together.  Served indoors or out – weather pending.  Formal sit down dinner, or Casual BBQ. 

Adults $20 minimum +.  Children $10   under 12 years old.

 

Bridesmaid’s Tea/Bruncheon/Luncheon/Dinner? Bridal Shower?
Day before or day of?
Make sure your nervous bridal party gets to eat.  Relax from your busy preparations, catch up together
and have fun before you decorate for the wedding or before you dress for your big day.

Or use Desired Haven B&B for your Bridal Shower location.

Starts at $15.00 per person.
Your choice of menus.  Minimum 4 people.

 

 

Honeymoon Location 

Romantic Victorian Jacuzzi Suite

Includes:
Huge Country Gourmet Breakfast each morning– silver, crystal, china and linens. Relaxing Candlelight Aroma Therapy Soak in the Jacuzzi.  Then…cuddle into your own terry robe.  Truly de-stress with a 1 hour, In-House Massage for 2 by a Licensed Medical Massage Therapist. Later,.enjoy Dinner nearby at your choice of Restaurant. You can work out on the exercise bike or hike on the 19 acres of wooded trails.  Enjoy spectacular views of the Finger Lakes region, abundant wildlife, privacy, peace and quiet. Also, special snacks from the chef’s kitchen! Complete all inclusive package:
$599.00 plus tax Weeknights  2 persons dbl occ. (Mon.,Tues.,Wed., or Tues.,Wed.,Thurs.)
$699.00 plus tax Weekends 2 persons dbl occupancy

 

Post Wedding Reunion  or  Wedding Guest Accommodations

You can let your out of town friends and family know they can make their reservations for overnight accommodations and meal arrangements with us surrounding your wedding date.  Of course, we will accommodate YOU and your wishes FIRST!  This option can be presented to others who need a place to stay.    For example: Family enjoy booking our B&B for get-togethers for a day-after-the wedding for Brunch, Lunch or dinner.  Or staying over on the night of the wedding when (and if!) you are gone.

Wedding Event Coordination  We put it all together for you, working closely with you to fulfill your biggest and brightest dreams for your wedding day!  You make all the choices, we do all the work.  Includes:  Invitation mailing, receiving RSVP’s for Wedding Ceremony and Reception, Coordination for smooth flowing Wedding Rehearsal and Ceremony; Designing and Creating Table Favors.  We work with Photographer, DJ, minister or musicians; we work with  Reception Location and any rentals you need;  structuring your wedding preparation time line; provide consulting on wedding protocol and etiquette(whether casual or formal weddings;)  Floral and Cake Arrangements, Wedding set up, cleanup and take down.  Closing out Reception, Wedding gifts transport: We’ll even hide your Honeymoon Getaway Car and assist with honeymoon arrangements!  Includes 7 Scheduled Wedding Plan Update Appointments.

Total Wedding Coordination Service Fee $2500
Pay half on day of contract signing. Final half on day of wedding. Supplies not included.

‘A La Carte’ choices are OK.
We will work out an individual price for your choice(s) of the above Wedding Event Coordination tasks.

 

Wedding Picture Site Location

Make arrangements with your photographer to come to Desired Haven B&B for your wedding pictures photo shoot.  Includes: use of inn and surrounding 19 acres of wooded trails and gardens for your wedding pictures backdrop.  Appointment(s) made in advance.
